Abena’s legal career spans global corporations and sectors, including her current position at Bloomberg Industry Group, where she focuses on contract management, data privacy, and risk mitigation in complex commercial transactions. She has a wealth of experience drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on emerging legal issues and delivering thought leadership through published legal articles and webinars. She is currently pursuing an LL.M. at George Mason University, after having completed a specialized LL.M. from Columbia Law School.
