Effie Opong-Fosu - Member and Shareholder
Effie Opong-Fosu is a highly accomplished attorney with over eight years of expertise in commercial dispute resolution, international arbitration, and energy law. Licensed to practice in Ghana, Effie has worked extensively across multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, France, and Ghana. She is currently pursuing an LL.M. at George Mason University, after having completed a specialized LL.M. from Columbia Law School.
In addition to her legal practice, Effie serves as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Ghana School of Law, where she contributes to shaping the next generation of legal minds. Her commitment to education, combined with her extensive experience in governance and strategic planning, positions her as a valuable asset to the board.
