Abena Opong-Fosu is a dedicated legal professional with a diverse background in corporate governance, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance. With her role as Board Member and Company Secretary, she leverages her expertise to support the school’s governance structure and strategic initiatives.

Abena’s legal career spans global corporations and sectors, including her current position at Bloomberg Industry Group, where she focuses on contract management, data privacy, and risk mitigation in complex commercial transactions. She has a wealth of experience drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on emerging legal issues and delivering thought leadership through published legal articles and webinars. Abena holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Cornell Law School and is qualified to practice law in Ghana and New York.
