Teachers from Hedlines visit Shetland Island(UK)

Connecting Classroom is a programme designed by British council to help you people learn about global themes and become responsible global citizens, as well as give them the skills to work in a worldwide economy. As part of this programme teachers and students have had opportunities to travel to Shetland Island since 2010. Two teachers and a pupil have traveled to visit our partner school in Shetland Island- UK.

About Us

Headlines Educational Centre (HEC) established in 1996, is a prestigious Christian school currently offering the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) and the Cambridge International Examinations (CIE), as a British Council accredited Centre.

We are registered with the Registrar General’s Department as a limited liability company and by the Ghana Education Service as a Grade A school.
