Report on Customer service week celebration

In an interview with Mr. Osei, the project delivery coordinator, he explained that since British Council is competing with other institutions for the same services they want to make their services easier for their valued customers so that customers will be able to do what they came to do. Some of the invited guests also commented that they have been bringing their staffs for training and any time they come, they gain some new form of experience.

The celebration ended with a photo exhibition and would continue with stake holder’s forum,

a debate session, movie night and a management video service for customer relation managers and cooperate affairs manager.  The celebration was indeed successful.
