The director of Headlines Educational Centre is Mrs. Olivia Opong-Fosu
She has been the director of the school since its inception.
She is a product of Holy Child School in Cape Coast (she studied both ordinary and Advanced level at Holy Child School) she furthered her education at the university of Ghana (legon) where she read Administration for first degree.
Mrs. Oppong Fosu also holds another degree in education from University College of Education Winneba.
She holds two masters (second degree) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Currently she is pursuing her PHD (doctorate) in planning at K.N.U.S.T
